上海赛科石油化工有限责任公司是由中国石油化工股份有限 公司、中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司和BP华东投资有限公司分别按 30% 、20% 、50% 的比例出资组建的，总投资额约 27 亿美元，是目前国内最大的中外合资石化项目之一。
Shanghai SECCO Petrochemical Company Limited was founded by China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation (Sinopec Corp.), Shanghai Petrochemical Company Limited (SPC) and BP East China Investment Company Limited with an investment of about $ 2.7 billion in a 30%, 20%, 50% proportion. It is by far one of the largest petrochemical projects of joint venture in China.
赛科采用世界上最先进的工艺技术，生产乙烯、丙烯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、苯乙烯、聚苯乙烯、丙烯腈、丁二烯、苯、甲苯及副产品等，每年可向市场提供国内紧缺的高质量、多规格、宽覆盖面的石化产品超过 320 万吨。赛科建立完善的 QA/QC 体系，提供相关的售后服务及技术咨询，从事聚合物应用开发。
SECCO produces ethylene, propylene, polyethylene, polypropylene, styrene, polystyrene, acrylonitrile, butadiene, benzene, toluene and byproducts, etc. with the most advanced process technology in the world. It can provide the market with more than 3,200 kiloton of petrochemical products featuring high quality, multiple specifications and wide coverage that are in urgent demand in the domestic market. Having set up full-fledged QA/QC systems, SECCO provides the related after-sales service and technical consultation and carries out R&D of application of polymers.

Being located in Shanghai Chemical Industry Park with a coverage of about 200 hectares, SECCO can fully take advantage of the developed manufacturing, processing, trade, finance, logistics and other service industries in Shanghai, the fast and convenient transport network of highway, railway, water way, etc.. With the Yangtze Delta as its basis, SECCO is also geared to the needs of domestic and international markets.

• 电气、仪表、自动化（化工）、 化工机械以及其他相关专业，本科以上学历。
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Electrical, Instrument, Automation (Chemical related), Chemical Machinery and other related.
• 良好的学习能力和自我激励能力。
Good learning capability and self-motivation capability.
• 良好的沟通和团队协作能力。
