Xizi Otis Elevator Co., Ltd is a subsidiary of Otis Elevator (China) Investment Company Limited, which is a part of UTC Building & Industrial Systems, a unit of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE: UTX). Founded in 1997, Xizi Otis has two manufacturing facilities, in Hangzhou and Chongqing, as well as a testing lab accredited by the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People’s Republic of China (CNAS) and an R&D center staffed by more than 120 engineers.
